I had very few personal interactions with this agent. As a real estate agent is, she was extremely busy and had to rearrange her schedule to meet up with me. Super friendly and sweet lady who took time out last minute to show me the properties. Communication was an issue, I had to reach out several times, also the negotiation price was accepted in documents before that was communicated to me by her, so I was confused as if we even got any sort reduced price. She, for the most part, did her job. The major complaints were not with her but with the actually purchase.

Joe is one of a kind to work with, he is the best communicator, extremely intelligent, and will go above and beyond all your expectations. He made our process so seamless and easy and took so much stress off of us. I believe it is really hard to find a realtor that has it all, but Joe has just that! He is kind and so easy to work with, he’s honest and puts everybody before himself, all while possessing incredible skills with home marketing, negotiations, etc. He had everything we needed done immediately. I’m still in shock at how quickly he was able to get things lined up and in order for us. We would choose Joe over and over again! Such a pleasure to work with! Thank you Joe!!!
