Jim communicated mostly with text messages and calls when required. Arranged home showings with other agents promptly that made the sale go quickly. Jim was experienced with the contract documents and addendums that made the sale go through without effort. Even the buyer mentioned that this was the easiest sale that he experienced. Anne did an excellent job for us. We had a lengthy home search and she was accessible and responsive throughout. She was prepared when showing us homes and knowledgeable about market prices, recently sold homes, etc. She helped with finding and contacting contractors for quotes on repairs etc. She was a true professional and we had a great experience.
