He also has a great repor with the real estate lawyers. I highly recommend him especially since I live out of state. I fully trust him.
Josh from Fish Real Estate was very responsive and helpful with all communications. He had a wealth of knowledge of the local areas and of home environments (such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical). He also was professional agent who knew the rules and regulations and contract negotiation. In fact, without Josh's negotiation advice, we are certain we would not have our new home! He was referred to us by family and would refer him to anyone. He is the best!
Anne was very good at communicating with us both in the process of selling, next steps, etc and checking to see how we were doing. She was always very responsive when I called or texted with any questions. This was a big move for us after living in the house for 40 years and moving to a different state. She was very understanding and made the process very easy.
