Working with Fred Harr was a great experience. He explained everything so I could understand what was happening. He helped me find people for various tasks that came up, such as a contractor to do a plumbing job, and people to help clear out the basement. It took me most of 2024 just to empty the house (after my moving sale) so it could go on the market and Fred was always patient with the delays. He even pitched in some physical labor on his own to help move things along. He listened to any concerns I had and was always very kind and made me feel taken care of, which as an elderly single woman who was never involved in selling a house before, was a very important role.
