It's tough buying real estate when you live 2,000 miles away. Mike was on top of everything! Incredible attention to detail... as professional as it gets, and along with this, he was such a nice all around guy! He made this not only easy.... but even enjoyable! I'm going to eventual use my new purchase in Hershey as a rental, and buy another place. There's no question at all who I'll be getting to help me with that purchase.
