Will also gave excellent advice in terms of what I should do and how I should approach buying and operating the property. I also felt that he had my best interest in mind and wasn’t just trying to sell me a house and move on. He also provides me with a ton of contacts and resources ranging from inspection agents, contractors, and my current property manager who is excellent as well. Overall Will made the process very clear and easy, and I will definitely be going back to him when I go to buy a second property.
