Before I even listed my home with Levis, he did his research to meet all my expectations, from pricing, the conditon of the property and the terms of the deal. Hes prompt with photos coming out to the property and he doesnt make promises he cant keep, very upfront and honest. When I had hard decisions to make, I felt like he always had my best interest and provided effective support when needed. He said he had interested buyers prior to listing and he wasnt kidding. House sold in less than 3 days. Closing was ready in less than 30 days. He explained every step and every document prior to presenting them. He also kept in contact and was available any time of the day. Im so impressed with his customer service skills and thankful to have him represent me through this process.
