Glen is well aware of the area and how the market is going. Glen helped me pick a right price and we still go over asking. Extremely professional and mindful of time constraints with showings and paper work. Willing to go the extra mile for any of his clients and frankly anybody that needs help or advice lol. I will definitely be using him again on future endeavors.
I cannot say enough about the experience I had using Glen as my agent. It is said that experience is the best teacher, and it is obvious that Glen’s experience as a Realtor and a Construction Code Inspector merge perfectly together. My situation was especially difficult because due to a family emergency I left the country permanently for South America. This created a very difficult situation as I had no one to handle this transaction for me. Well let me tell you I couldn’t have chosen a better professional to handle this sale for me. Not only did Glen sell my home, but he also actually got over asking. When the inspection report came in from the buyers, he negotiated the terms and considerations and his experience as a building inspector was invaluable. He had a vast collection of trades professionals and knew what code required. Let me also say that being fluent in English and Spanish was greatly appreciated because I am a native Spanish speaker so again invaluable! The exceptionally smooth experience and transaction was not a result of Glen’s, knowledge, experience, and attitude of servitude. Thank you so much Glen
Glen is absolutely amazing! He sold my home in less than 60 days! Glen made what could have been a stressful and difficult process as seamless as could be. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity, and hard work ethics are very much appreciated and respected. I highly recommend working with Glen!!
