Melinda was following up on a question about a condo I was considering. I happened to be in Atlantic City when she called, and took the opportunity to ask a question about another condo, she had all the information at her fingertips it seemed. We chatted briefly and agreed to meet several days later at that condo. I was impressed with Melinda’s knowledge of the Condo Complex and decided to make an offer on this unit even though it was a Short Sale and had some intricate requirements in order to make the sale.
