Melinda Rickard

Melinda was following up on a question about a condo I was considering. I happened to be in Atlantic City when she called, and took the opportunity to ask a question about another condo, she had all the information at her fingertips it seemed. We chatted briefly and agreed to meet several days later at that condo. I was impressed with Melinda’s knowledge of the Condo Complex and decided to make an offer on this unit even though it was a Short Sale and had some intricate requirements in order to make the sale. I live in Boston and communicated my offers and instructions which Melinda carried out with the selling agents. She did all the heavy lifting on this project. Needless to say, I was able to close after 2 months of back and forth and a trip back to Philly. I’ve recommended her to my sister and her hubby and hope that in the event they decide to make a change, they’ll be in contact with Melinda Rickard, she’s definitely The Best.
