I had sold house’s before so I knew the paperwork process so when it came time to discuss price she offered her suggested price, explaining the how and why she came to that value. I had a different amount in mind, not much more but higher. The response was agreeable- if that was what I wanted-and then explained her reasoning again for her set price. I agreed with her; and she was right. She told me she would have pictures taken. The photographer she uses is truly a professional-the photos were amazing, great views. After a few days on the market I had several offers to choose from. We discussed the pros and cons of the offers and made a decision.
