I've moved almost 50mi from my parents home, into an area I'm not the most familiar with (to be much closer to work), and Chris's knowledge of the cities and towns close to where I wanted to live, was unmatched. He knew which areas would be best for me. When it came time to put an offer in on the house, he let me know every step of the way, everything that needed done. This was especially helpful, being it was my first time buying a house. And when the stresses that came with buying a home started kicking in, Chris always managed to text back and talk things out, even if it was midnight on a Wednesday. He truly never stops working.
