From the initial listing to the closing, and after Lee was extremely knowledgeable, provided great communication and was very professional through the entire process. Lee did a lot of the legwork in trying to sell the furniture and get the home ready for sale. I am very pleased and would certainly recommend me to anyone.

I hardly ever write reviews but I was compelled to write this one based on the outstanding service I received both selling my house and purchasing another with Mark Shay. First late me say how impressed I am at the fact the Mark always answers his phone and responds to emails almost instantly. Besides this Mark is extremely knowledgeable and constantly goes above and beyond. He mowed my lawn one day and took in my trash cans. I never felt rushed or anxious to make a decision and enjoyed ever step of the process. I couldn't recommend Mark any more highly.

As first time homeowners, we were a little hesitant about where to start, Dave was a guiding light! He gave his honest opinion on a house, answered everyone of our 1000000 questions (quickly!), and kept us encouraged in a terrible market. We have a few friends gearing up to start their home buying process and I will be recommending Dave! Thank you Dave for helping us find our first dream home!

Joan was instrumental in guiding us through the complicated process of selling our home of 35 years. Although not first time buyers, we were definitely "newbies" after so many years. Joan helped us through the mountain of paperwork required with patience and expertise and was able to answer any questions that we had. She arranged for beautiful pictures and a virtual tour to promote interest. She assisted us in pricing the house correctly. Once the house was listed we had non-stop bookings in a matter of hours. Within a weekend, we had competitive bids over the asking price to review. Joan helped make the entire purchase process proceed effortlessly for us. We would highly recommend her. As a person she comes across as genuine and truly caring while always having our best interests in mind. We would highly recommend Joan.
