Mike was fantastic to work with and would highly recommend. He made the process simple and easy. Mike was always available to answer all our questions and concerns while making sure we felt comfortable with the process along the way. This was our first time selling a home and we had no clue what to expect but felt comfortable and confident in Mike from the first time we met. He set realistic expectations and guided us based on his market knowledge. Our house sold in 5 days at full price. If we ever move back to PA, he will be the first person we call to find us a home!

He makes some pretty awesome videos to help draw interest on social media, very transparent with any and all fees and services provided, very communicative throughout the entire process, just really great all around. He came to our first meeting with an entire analysis of the area and a recommended plan. He told us what to do to garner the most interest, which worked like a charm. Not a bad thing we have to say. In fact, quite the opposite!
