Hi Karen, We wanted to share our feedback and express our sincere gratitude for all your help throughout our home-buying journey. From the start of our house search all the way to deal closing, you were immensely helpful, patient, and dedicated. Thank you for patiently taking the time to show us multiple houses and guiding us through each step. Your deep knowledge and SME-level experience in handling clients made the entire process smooth and reassuring. We truly appreciate everything you did for us and are so grateful to have worked with you! Best regards, Subhash & Tulsi

From the very beginning of the process, Marcy was knowledgeable regarding the area, the process, and how to price our home and the best way to market it. When an offer was received before it was even officially listed, she advised in a manner that allowed us to make an informed choice but never once did we feel rushed or pushed. Leading up to closing, she gently reminded us of what we needed to do and the timeline. She kept us informed all along the way. The day of the closing, she went above and beyond after the other agent and buyers made unreasonable requests. I unreservedly recommend Marcy.

Marcy gave us great advice on price and guided us the process of selling our home. She was proactive in all the steps necessary to complete sale quickly and without any hiccups. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell a property.

Great communication

Working with Jessica was a fantastic experience. She was extremely responsive and excelled at navigating unforeseen issues, consistently going above and beyond to ensure everything stayed on track. Thanks to her hard work, our home was listed and received multiple offers within just a few days, and we closed right on time. I would not hesitate to recommend Jessica to anyone looking for a truly great realtor.

Marion is very responsive. Seller picked the washer and dryer even mentioned to stay per the contract. She made sure we are taken care of. A new appliance was placed. She followed up on repairs also deliberately.

Working with Shannon was wonderful. We started out looking for one type of house in a certainlocation, but then dynamics changed on what we needed. Our search area changed, and the house needs as well, and Shannon worked with us even though it wasn't what we initially started with. She's very flexible, and always easily reached. She was very knowledgeable on the different inspections that had to be done and pass. She understood what we needed and was not pushing us to just make any purchase. As we worked with her we felt she was more as a friend than just a realtor. I would recommend her to anyone that was looking for one of the best, if not the best realtor, with many years of experience in the area.Thank you Shannon.

Shannon did a wonderful job helping my husband and I buy our new house. We both had no idea the process and what to expect and Shannon walked us through every step explaining and answering any questions we had. Very helpful, friendly and would definitely recommend her to anyone buying a house!
