Based on the asking price, she provided an outline of selling expenses and other deductions and an approximation of the net proceeds for the seller. Tracy was always at the other end of a phone call, text or messaging and was very responsive. Selling and buying property is a major event and not something most of us do often and, as such, can be very stressful.
