I can't imagine having gone through the home buying process for the first time with anyone other than Jess. Jess was patient, informed, and willing to look at all types of homes until I figured out what was best for me. She was good at asking me what I liked and disliked about each property that we viewed which was a huge help in keeping things in persepctive. I may fall in love with a house because it has beautiful wood floors, but let's not forget the basement that's straight out of a horror movie when making major life decisions! I never felt pressured to make a decision, hurry up, or not take a second look at a place I was unsure about. Jess was patient with me as I spent forever reviewing every word of the paperwork and was able to answer any questions I had about the process or what I needed to do next. Another quality I appreciated was her ability to understand what she may not know or be entirely sure about, go find the answer and immediately follow up with me once she had. I would reccomend her to a friend, without hesitation.

My experience with Maurice was incredible . I was able to reach out to him anytime of the day or night as well as weekends . His knowledge and expertise was astounding . He was patient in his explanations (I had many questions) . He accurately explained the steps and stages that we were going through as well as the next steps that would be taken . If he was unsure of something his response was always “ I don’t know “ but I will get back to you and he did . He oversaw the sale from start to finish and I feel that he gave the maximum effort to achieve my goals . In short he is the absolute best that a person could get . Ps. He gave parting gifts to both the seller (me) and buyer . These gifts were spot on . This proved to me that he LISTENS . Beautiful job . Thank you ,
