My selling experience was pretty challenging, but Tom McDonald was a pleasure to work with and I’m so grateful he was my agent to help me navigate the many roadblocks I encountered. I had two sales of my home fall through, but Tom had my back each time. He was quick to resolve issues that popped up in the process and make sure I walked away getting top dollar for my home. He also was very patient and kind when my anxiety was high! He is a calming presence who places high importance on taking care of his clients. I would highly recommend Tom McDonald die any real estate needs!

From our first conversation Dave made me trust that he was truly listening to my concerns & he addressed them thoroughly. He helped me understand the whole process of selling my home. He talked through step by step the way things would go. I called him several times with questions & concerns. With each call he set my mind at ease. He was always available I could tell that he’s been selling real estate for a long time.

Very hard worker

Quite honestly I had little trust concerning realtors based on previous interactions. Dave went above and beyond and even communicates well post transaction. Should I ever need a realtor again Dave is the fellow I will call. An honest man in a profession that seems to attract some people that may not be. I'd give him 6 stars out of 5
