I first met Chad earlier this year as executor of an estate that required significant effort to prepare the house for sale. He has his ongoing sales efforts, but when asked he threw himself with his crew into the effort without reservation. Over a period of slightly more than 2 weeks, they sorted through a property to empty it entirely and prepare it for sale before the holidays. He then led the effort to sell the property, which was listed and sold for cash in 5 days. The most amazing part of this story is the preservation of jewelry, cash and other valuables for bank deposit and auction by his crew that added significantly to the value of the estate. I have no hesitation in recommending Chad Schlanger and his company to anyone for preparing, selling and preserving value in a real estate transaction.

Jim guided me through every step and made it a very easy process. Always responded quickly no matter what the question right through settlement
