This was i’m sure a unique situation for Kelly. She was absolutely amazing!! made herself available at any time to answer questions or explain things that i did not understand which i’m sure she does with all her clients. Her attention to detail and communication was beyond expectation.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
