I have known Joel for over 15 years, always followed his endeavors. When it was my time to purchase a home, I simply reached out for advice and promptly went over everything for an hour or two. Highly informative and unbiased conversations were had. We went to four showings the first day and immediately found exactly what we were looking for. Immediately obtained the details and criteria and we were on our way. Throughout the entire home buying process, Joel eased the transition and assisted in all ends with troubles or questions or unforeseen hiccups. It was a roller coaster for our short time frame, and without the knowledge and persistence we would not be in a home as I’m typing this. My wife met Sam in a grocery store check out line during the pandemic. She mentioned that we wanted to move back to Connecticut at some point .
