I have used Sam to both sell my mother's house when she went into Phoebe Village and my house when we moved in to care for my mother-in-law. Absolutely the right choice, he came highly recommended by someone who's opinion I value, and did he ever come through. Both listing were handled with professionalism, he hired a photographer for the pictures, and they showed great on the MLS. He set the price based on market information and in both cases, we had acceptable offers in the first week. Showings began to be scheduled the moment the listings hit the MLS. As you know, getting the offer is only the first part, Sam ran the show to get to the settlement table as soon as possible. His communication through the process, as well as guidance, was first class.
