I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!

Shehla is willing to go at the speed of the buyer, patient to show as many homes as required, and 100% reliable. To get our forever home, she reliable showed homes to us for nearly two months, always showing up early to ensure the home was ready to walk in upon arrival. To ensure we were set up for success, she recommended a number of key personnel, such as a mortgage broker and inspectors, who all provided amazing rates and/or excellent service. We would certainly recommend Shehla to any buyer, whether new or experienced.

We cannot recommend Scott enough! We first used him for the sale of our previous home 5 years ago and refused to use anyone else for the sale of our most recent home. From start to finish, he was incredibly personable, friendly, and genuinely invested in helping us every step of the way. He sold our home and then helped us find and purchase our new one, making the entire process smooth, stress-free, and well communicated. Scott was always available to answer questions, kept us informed at every stage, and truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt confident and supported throughout the journey. His dedication, professionalism, and kindness made such a difference during what can be a very overwhelming process. We are so grateful for him and would absolutely recommend Scott to anyone looking to buy and/or sell a home!
