First, I asked her if we got any offers. She never told me what offer she got. Just stated it wasn’t worth me writing up the offer. I felt I should know every offer that we got, regardless of what the amount was. I didn’t know whether it was better than the price we got. It ended up to be 54,000 less than our asking price.
