Fran was amazing throughout the process - the ups and the downs - providing her expert opinion and recommendations on market trends as well as just being a friend and understanding the disappointment that can come along with it. She is pleasantly persistent working with the sellers agents and any other parties at the table (lenders, brokers, etc) - always looking out for our interests. Jenna is truly a phenomenal agent. We were so glad we went with her to help us with the home buying process!
