If you want a knowledgeable , energetic and personable agent Maxine will fill the bill. Have had several transactions with her over the years and the experience keeps getting better.

My brother and I were in the difficult position of having our mother move into an assisted living facility and having to sell the family home of 62 years. We knew of Lindsay through a business associate and met with her to discuss handling the sale. We were immediately impressed with her knowledge of the neighborhood, comps and love of older homes with character. It was a home that needed love and Lindsay helped us decide the best way to show it. Due to Lindsay ‘s properly setting the sale price and how to market the home, it sold quickly. She handled the rest of the process toward settlement flawlessly. This will enable our mother to enjoy the rest of her life without financial worries. We will recommend Lindsay Betz to all family and friends looking for a realtor.

From start to finish Mike was awesome. Mike showed us multiple houses and was never pushy when deciding if we wanted to put an offer in. Mikes communication was great and answered all questions throughout the process. As a first time Home buyer it can be a stressful process, but Mike made this as smooth and fun as I could have wanted! Highly recommend using Mike!!

Kathy has been the most amazing realtor to work with. She has helped my family numerous times, and when it came time to find a home for ourselves she was the person to ask! She is extremely kind, very responsive, supportive and guiding, encouraging, and thoughtful. This process was very stressful as first time home buyers/owners. Kathy made this process much more easy and understandable even in during times of a tough market. She was not discouraged in helping us find our forever home. She helped us negotiate and guided us to making the best decision for our new home. We couldn’t be happier with our realtor!
