He then connected us to someone to begin the pre-approval process. The rest was history! He is a very hardworking person and is always available whenever we want to see a property or if we have questions even if it’s late at night. He is efficient in scheduling and confirming viewings. He would go with you even on short notice (even on the same day!) When he says something is going to get done, he means it. You never have to worry about deadlines – he’s always on top of things. While he is patient to show us around, he is also honest and puts the best interests of his clients rather than just selling. We truly appreciate him working around our schedule even if it means late nights for him and his responsiveness matters a lot to us. Not to say, he got us a good deal for the property we just closed. His negotiation skills are commendable. He guided us through the whole process and that truly is something we will never forget as first-time homebuyers.
