She was available to answer all my questions quickly, professionally, and knowledgeably. She brought me a folder/binder with all the details on each house we toured which was helpful in keeping me organized and informed. She found me the perfect home in South Philly. It is better than anything I could have found myself with my budget! Her negotiation skills were great. She was wonderful to work with. What realtor walks in to a house, with you, and says " Nope, this isn't for you!", before you can say anything! She was always right! It cld be a 400k or a 700k house, she knows!
