Karim's knowledge not only of the Berks County market but the assistance in selling my parents home in Chester County made this difficult time in 2025 less difficult! A weight off my shoulders when I truly needed one!

Positives-- the listing process was very easy, and Kim was very efficient; house sold quickly for above asking price; through Kim's contacts we were able to get work done quickly prior to sale, and her painter was willing to wait until closing for payment; photos and video turned out great; Negatives--a couple of dropped balls, including a very big one for the township inspection--we were doing lots of last minute hustling, and this added a huge layer of stress that shouldn't have been there; once we were sold, I felt like we were expected to accommodate every whim of the buyers-- they wanted to schedule time to bring their parents through that wasn't convenient, they waived inspection but then continued to bring up multiple "concerns" to which we were expected to respond, they agreed to allow us to stay in the home until a certain date and I booked our movers based on that, only to be told the move and close date had changed and again I had to scramble to make things work, and then they pushed for a final walk-through that would have taken place as I was trying to move into our new home... at some point I felt like this should have been handled by Kim and never even brought to me. The final straw was the buyers' assertion the home was left filthy, after I had personally cleaned for 5 hours after the movers left) which was also relayed to me. So, my final feelings were definitely not good about the process.

I've known Tracy for quite a while, so it wasn't a question of who to go to when I was going to buy, and then sell my house. When it comes to buying a house, Tracy gets to know her clients, gets to know their likes and dislikes, and will work hard to find your forever home. When it comes to selling, she is no holds barred, and knows what she's talking about so listen to her! All in all Tracy is a hard working who will do everything in her power to find you your forever home. If/when it's time to downsize, or relocate, she will again do everything she can to move your house quickly (again listen to her!), and find you the next house of your dreams. If I were still in the area I would use her again!!
