David kept me updated throughout every step of the process and provided an easy-to-follow timeline. He was always available to answer questions and usually responded within an hour. What I appreciated most was his integrity and dedication. He pointed out things I wouldn’t have thought about, such as noise from a nearby train station or busy street, as well as differences between homes inside and outside of a neighborhood. He also highlighted items that could lead to high maintenance costs down the road. When it came time to make an offer, David helped me put together a strong offer that got the seller’s attention while still getting me a great price. He also helped me get a seller concession and structure the purchase in a way that allowed me to avoid PMI.
