Also, because she lived in the neighborhood, she has great knowledge of the area. She guided me through the listing process and always made sure I understood everything through the whole process including settlement. Even though I thought I should list the house at a lower price, she convinced me to list it higher (and I sold it for more than it was listed) Due to Lisa’s expertise, as soon as the house was listed, I had 14 showings and sold the house in 5 days. Melanie Sessa is a phenomenal realtor! Melanie was referred to me by my co-worker and from my first interactions with Melanie I could tell she truly cared about helping me and my husband sell our current home and find our forever dream home.
