I’ve been knowing Walter for over 10 years and even though I haven’t had contact with him since! I remember his drive and dedication for me when I was looking to buy a home! Speed up to 10 years later I reached out to him to sell my home and I couldn’t believe how after all these years he still had so much integrity! Usually when you are dealing with a realtor who has been in the business for over 25 years like Walter! Some realtors become lazy, late and lacking but NOT WALTER! He is knowledgeable, caring, sensitive to your needs and wants! I can go on and on about the goodness I’ve experienced with him as my realtor! Let’s just say if you don’t have Walter 🤷🏾♀️ You don’t have anybody!! He have made my 1st selling experience the best and for that he will always be my ONE and ONLY REALTOR! Thank you Walter for everything and I wish you nothing but the best!!

Barbara was amazing from the first time I spoke with her on the phone. Throughout the entire process, she was very patient and down to earth. She made my house-buying journey very easy. I not only gained a real estate agent but a friend as well. I highly recommend Barbara. 10/10!!!

Barbara very easy to work with. She was able available when I called with question. She had a lot patience with me for the amount house we went to see. She also have a lot knowledge on market and closing a deal. She made feel very comfortable and secure with closing on my house. Most importantly she helped me with getting 30,000 in grant money. Thank you

First, I asked her if we got any offers. She never told me what offer she got. Just stated it wasn’t worth me writing up the offer. I felt I should know every offer that we got, regardless of what the amount was. I didn’t know whether it was better than the price we got. It ended up to be 54,000 less than our asking price. I feel she did not work for us the seller.
