Tonya was on top of everything from the moment we reached out, I credit her great communication and transparency throughout the entire process. For it being our first home sale it was nerve racking but Tonya got the job done!

Cindy made the whole home search experience painless. Listened to our concerns, what we wanted. Never pressured us or tried to influence our decisions. Always coordinated our interests to the sellers realtor. She is proactive, responsive and was such a joy to have as our Realtor. We gained a forever friend! 100 out of 10 recommend! You will not be disappointed!!

Keriann is great. Oh, you want to know more? Well, my wife and I were buying our first home and, naturally, we were nervous, scared, no, terrified about the process. We heard all of the horror stories about buying a home and were constantly on edge and defensive as we looked on all of the real estate websites for our “forever home.” That was until we were introduced to Keriann. Right from the beginning she calmed us down and walked us through what would become a two-month process with multiple searches, multiple offers, and (finally) a nerve-racking settlement process. She listened to our crazy criteria (no sidewalks, next to a cemetery is fine, etc.) and was ready whenever we found something we wanted to look at. And when I mean ready, I mean weekends, evenings, it didn't matter! She was always there. She even subtly talked us out of a property that we thought we would like, but she knew it wasn't right for US. That's the hallmark of a caring professional, which is exactly what she is times 10! If you're looking for a realtor (whether you're buying or selling), call Keriann, NOW!

Ella Thang is a professional realtor I have ever worked with. She helped me to sold two houses in Philadelphia. She sold my houses very fast at a price which I am really satisfied with. I will recommend Ella to my friends if they need to purchase a home or sell a house.
