Toni's experience, breadth of knowledge and responsiveness during the listing and negotiating process was second to none.

I was in need of a Real Estate attorney and I was blessed to be referred to Toni. I say blessed, because I believe in the power of prayer and answered prayer. She handled the legal piece of it with professionalism, knowledge and unwavering determination. Which inevitably led us to the ultimate goal of selling the property. Toni and her equally capable realtor partner Kia, did a phenomenal job getting us to settlement. Of course there were a few "hiccups " on the way but with their guidance and many years of experience we made it to settlement. And, as an added bonus, we settled above asking price! What a blessing they were to me!! I realized just how personal selling a home can be. How a realtor is more than just someone you hire. You bring them into your very private world, your home. Which inevitably brings you to share personal heartfelt life experiences and create an unexpected but much appreciated friendship. Sometimes we get very lucky in life and meet a few very special people along the way. And I was fortunate enough to meet Toni and Kia. If you are in need of a Real Estate professional, by all means contact Toni. You will be so happy that you did!

Once the listing was public we were pleased with the number of perspective buyers. Toni’s knowledge if the market and her professionalism had much to do with marketing the house. Great pictures of both inside and outside of the house and grounds and her negotiating with the buyer was excellent for both of us.
