Once the listing was public we were pleased with the number of perspective buyers. Toni’s knowledge if the market and her professionalism had much to do with marketing the house. Great pictures of both inside and outside of the house and grounds and her negotiating with the buyer was excellent for both of us.

After our initial conversation Toni knew what areas and type of house we were looking for and would be comfortable in. Toni knew the market and explained at the time we were looking there was only so much to see with our wants and needs and expectations. The selections were spot on. We knew walking in to one of the several we saw which was to be our new home.
