I was in need of a Real Estate attorney and I was blessed to be referred to Toni. I say blessed, because I believe in the power of prayer and answered prayer. She handled the legal piece of it with professionalism, knowledge and unwavering determination. Which inevitably led us to the ultimate goal of selling the property. Toni and her equally capable realtor partner Kia, did a phenomenal job getting us to settlement. Of course there were a few "hiccups " on the way but with their guidance and many years of experience we made it to settlement. And, as an added bonus, we settled above asking price! What a blessing they were to me!! I realized just how personal selling a home can be. How a realtor is more than just someone you hire. You bring them into your very private world, your home. Which inevitably brings you to share personal heartfelt life experiences and create an unexpected but much appreciated friendship. Once the listing was public we were pleased with the number of perspective buyers. Toni’s knowledge if the market and her professionalism had much to do with marketing the house. Great pictures of both inside and outside of the house and grounds and her negotiating with the buyer was excellent for both of us.

After our initial conversation Toni knew what areas and type of house we were looking for and would be comfortable in. Toni knew the market and explained at the time we were looking there was only so much to see with our wants and needs and expectations. The selections were spot on. We knew walking in to one of the several we saw which was to be our new home. It had everything we wanted especially complete first floor living, garage and near to shopping and proximity to our friends and family.
