A J Simms knowledge of the housing market was impressive. Although no one is perfect, for the most part, her response to any phone call, text, or email was in a timely manner. Ms Simms patience with me was praiseworthy. There were days when I became so overwhelmed and was truly ready to throw in the towel and AJ, in a very calm manner "talked me off the ledge" and I commend her for that.

Kathy is absolutely amazing! I’ve used Kathy as my 1 and only realtor since the early 2000’s. I can always rely on Kathy to get the job done correctly the 1st time around. Kathy was the realtor when I purchased this house. The owner of the house was in foreclosure. Kathy stepped in contacted the bank & made sure I was able to purchase the property. After I renovated the property I used Kathy as the listing agent. Kathy always do things by the book & she never takes short cuts & I need an agent like that. Thanks Kathy for all of your herd work over the years. P.S. I think Kathy would be great for a 1st time buyer because she really takes the time to walk you through the buying process & makes sure you understand each step.
