Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.

She did a great job to purchase a new home and we could sell my old house in three days all because of her. She brought a lady who was looking for a house and suggested her to purchase our house. She knows how to negotiate the price and made seller and buyer happy. I highly recommend her to everyone who wants to sell their property and purchase a new house.

Roz is an exceptional realtor! It was such a joy to work with her through a very challenging rental property sale. The property sold quickly and she guided me through the process efficiently yet with a patient and calm spirit! She tackled the multiple challenges with grace and confidently closed the deal. Her reassuring and positive attitude was definitely needed on this one! I look forward to working with Roz on my next purchase. Thanks for going above and beyond, I so appreciate you!

Worked with Claudette for many years as she helped me rent my condo. Now that I was going to sell it was certainly a no brainer to use her professional services. Efficient and stress free! Highly recommend!
