Jon was incredibly helpful and professional! He explained every step of the transaction and made it a painless process for us. We had no prior experience selling or buying, and Jon was there to answer every question we had along the way. He pays close attention to the trends in each neighborhood and is very knowledgeable, easy to work with, and hardworking.

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
