Sharon listened to my needs and wants, she then incorporated her knowledge of the market and her industry to explain multiple courses of actions to sell my house the way I wanted to. My situation was bittersweet. Debbie handled it delicately. I was left my parents house, which was actually my grandparents house, after they both passed away in 2025. We originally met Debbie at an open house when my daughter was looking for a house. My daughter hired her as her realtor and she was so patient with her for the year she was looking. So why not give her the opportunity to do the sale for my property. She helped out with all the paperwork, open permits, logistics with staging the house for the one open house we had.
