We recently purchased a property in PA while living out of state and having Rob as our real estate team made the entire process much easier. Marc has a great breadth of knowledge about Philadelphia neighborhoods, real estate and the City in general. This was very helpful in narrowing down housing choices. He was very patient and always rearranged his schedule to accommodate us traveling from out of town. He was quite helpful in the negotiations as well. He also provided great lists of contractors and others for use post close.

Mark listened to our desire and goals of not wanting to put money into the house and just wanting to sell the house for a fair market price. He gave us tips of what to do to make it presentable for sale and never rushed us. He let us go at our pace and always checked in on us to see how we were doing to get the house ready. He took into consideration other houses comparable to ours and came up with a fair price that we agreed on. He was very personable and got back to us quickly when we had questions. Once the house was on the market, he kept us in the loop as to when people had appointments to look at our house. Not every house is in pristine condition, which makes the sale that much harder. Pam took our Mom's house after she passed, and got it sold in a short period of time at an acceptable price and her communication and attention to detail was excellent. I would highly recommend her! Thanks Pam!
