Shehla is willing to go at the speed of the buyer, patient to show as many homes as required, and 100% reliable. To get our forever home, she reliable showed homes to us for nearly two months, always showing up early to ensure the home was ready to walk in upon arrival. To ensure we were set up for success, she recommended a number of key personnel, such as a mortgage broker and inspectors, who all provided amazing rates and/or excellent service. We would certainly recommend Shehla to any buyer, whether new or experienced.

I loved working with Fern. She was always available to me - nights, weekends, whenever. Fern was by Buyer's Agent and represented me exceptionally. The Seller Agent wanted to add an extra charge above $1,000, but Fern was able to get the charge deleted because the other Agent never put it in writing.
