Yontia was great with selling my house. Was very personable and listened to my needs and wants with selling the house. We were able to sell quick and everything was smooth.

Linda always was available to communicate. From the beginning to the end of both selling our previous home, to purchasing our new one, Linda did an excellent job and we couldn't be happier. She posted the home we wanted to in several different websites and because of that, we got better visibility and was able to secure a buyer. Thank you Linda for your help and wishing you future success!

Nicole was to represent both the buyer and seller, but the entire transaction favored the buyer (her sister). As the Seller she forgot important documents and the closing was a disgrace. She also did not provide any guidance on the expectations of the seller causing me the loss of much time and monies. I hope this was a lesson learned on professionalism.
