When I started this home-buying journey, there were definitely moments when I didn’t think becoming a homeowner was going to happen. After working with another realtor and feeling like I wasn’t getting anywhere, I was honestly starting to lose hope. Then I found HER! 🙌🏽✨ From the moment we connected, she came in, understood exactly what I wanted, and helped make what once felt impossible, Possible. Her communication was AMAZING! She was always available to answer my questions, explain the things I didn’t understand, and keep me updated every step of the way. As a first-time homebuyer, I had no idea what to expect or the next steps. Having someone who is patient, knowledgeable, and supportive made a difference. Nevertheless, Her knowledge of the market was just as impressive. She knew what to look for in a home, gave me honest feedback, and never made me feel pressured to settle. When it came time to negotiate, she advocated and made sure my best interests were represented, which put me at ease! Most importantly, she remained professional, patient, dependable, and genuinely cared about helping me find the right home. It never felt like it was just about making a sale. She made what could have been an overwhelming and stressful experience feel manageable and exciting. And listen… if you’re looking for a realtor who is going to SHOW UP, communicate, advocate for you and get the job DONE, and possibly even get you some coins back at the end 😂💰🙌🏽 — SHE’S THE ONE! 💯🏡🔑 I truly can’t thank her enough. Becoming a homeowner was such a HUGE milestone for me, and I’m forever grateful that she was part of this journey.

I cannot say enough about Karen and Ralph. They guided us in what we needed to change to sell and what to leave alone for the new owners to be able to add their personal touch. That really saved us so much time and money. Managing most things that needed done to the house on my own, their willingness to jump in and help when needed was not something most realtors wouldn't do. They got us the highest price possible, and the highest property sold in the development, so others who need to sell will benefit from our comp in the future. I've never sold a house in 2 days, and we have them to thank for that!
