Lydia was great! Exceptional service and easy to work with. She proved to be a good communicator and very dependable. She worked hard to make sure that we got the best offer. I would recommend her 100%.

First, I asked her if we got any offers. She never told me what offer she got. Just stated it wasn’t worth me writing up the offer. I felt I should know every offer that we got, regardless of what the amount was. I didn’t know whether it was better than the price we got. It ended up to be 54,000 less than our asking price. I feel she did not work for us the seller.
