Not only did we entrust Tim to purchase our home, but he was also able to then help us sell our family member's home in a very quick manner while maximizing our overall profits. Michelle was a very accommodating realtor, who worked with my schedule very well and had a lower rate than some other realtors I talked to. Sometimes I felt like she pushed me to make offers somewhat aggressively, but when making offers Michelle very accurately judged what bids would win and managed to help me win a bid for 20k under asking.
