We worked with Valentina to buy a house in a different state. We were concerned going in about the traveling back and forth and finding availability that matched our agent’s. Turns out there was nothing to worry about as Valentina made herself available anytime we wanted to view units. Her knowledge of the areas was great and her knowledge while viewing houses was off the charts. She was great at pointing out things that we didn’t notice to help us avoid buying a house with potential issues. Valentina was very responsive to our calls/texts/emails. When we found our new home we were able to relax knowing that Valentina would guide us through the process step by step. We would 100% recommend Valentina to anyone and everyone!

I can't say enough good things about Michele and the experience we had with her. We were looking for houses in the middle of the super hot market where inventory shortage was so severe and any good house that came on the market was bought within a day or two, sometimes went into contingency within hours. It was very difficult where the market was super competitive and people were just desperate for anything, it unavoidably was soul crushing for us until we found Michele. Never will I forget she said " you might like many houses out there but if I won't let my daughter live in a house a like that then you won't buy it." She is not just an agent, she is overall a sincere person who truly cares and has a lot of patience. When committing yourself to a probably biggest investment in your lifetime you really can't ask for more than an experienced agent with good guidance and the ability to listen and understand your character under any circumstances. And that the person Michele IS. My fiance and I love our house- it is so homie and full of character.
