First, let me say that Cindy is the full package! If you're looking for a knowledgable realtor who you can trust, it's Cindy. Cindy was referred to me by a friend, and another friend, and another lol we pretty much ALL love Cindy and keep recommending her to each other. As a single woman, I've been hesitate on buying a house. It's a big purchase to make on your own and I don't know enough to do it on my own...it scares me! But during the pandemic, I needed more space and I reached out to Cindy and told her I'm new and alone at this and will need some hand-holding :) And she guided me through the process from beginning to end. There were houses that I LOVED, but Cindy pointed out to me the serious problems with the house and recommend I didn't buy them. THIS is what you want from a realtor; this is what I NEEDED! While I was looking at a bedroom and imagining my stuff in there (and my life), Cindy pointed out that the floors were uneven! Things I never would have noticed on my own, Cindy noticed. And I wasn't in a rush to buy (I had plenty of time on my lease) so I felt like we looked at 100 houses and I must be an annoying client for her, but it was Cindy who told me that it's good that I'm not in a rush, and when I find the perfect home, I'll know it and she loves to see the excitement in her clients when they find their perfect home! And when I really did, Cindy helped with everything: the inspection, negotiations with the seller, my mortgage team- everyone that she recommended for me were phenomenal and made me wish I bought a house a loonnggg time again. It's almost a year since I closed on my house with Cindy, and I know if I had any questions or issues with my house, the first person I'm going to call is Cindy because I trust her to know the best roofers, plumbers, etc. in the biz! I HIGHLY recommend Cindy! She will start as your realtor, but end as a friend!

Susie did an outstanding job helping us get our house ready for sale - making recommendations on things that could be quickly updated/fixed to get the highest list price we could. She organized the staging of the house to put it at its best advantage and generated a ton of interest beforehand. The first open house was a huge success (neighbors couldn't believe the stream of people coming in) - resulting in multiple offers all over asking price! We agreed on an offer that day - and closed shortly thereafter, which was also a breeze with Susie's help. It went so well other neighbors asked for her information to help sell their homes as well! Highly recommended!
