Yvonne was very cheerful and had a positive attitude that the house would sell quickly. I felt very comfortable with her and what her plans were to sell the home. She make suggestions how to prepare and setup for an open house (even with packed boxes in view). Yvonne provided some water and munchies available for prospective buyers which helps to delay the guests exit & also spend more time with inquiries for info regarding the home and property. Yvonne was very aware of selling prices for the time and location.

Jenna is truly a phenomenal agent. We were so glad we went with her to help us with the home buying process! While searching for a home, Jenna was quick to respond and attentive to our requests, which was all we could ask for in a fast-paced market. She always had our best interest in mind and at heart, and that came through in the way we felt so taken care of throughout the whole process. Jenna thought through every detail and was always ahead of the game making necessary appointments and initiating to set up meetings before we could even think or know to ask to keep us on track. Throughout the entire process, she communicated extremely well with us so we never had to guess what was going on or if progress was being made. Honestly, we've used another agent out of state so we know there can be agents that don't deliver... so other agents should take a note from her with the way she goes about business and helping her clients! Alene was extremely helpful through the entire process of selling our house. First she went through the contract so we understood what was involved in the sale of our house. She explained the contract in detail and since it had been a while since we had sold a house, she was happy to clarify and give examples so we understood what the contract terms meant. Then she went through the house with us and suggested areas for decluttering and artwork that might distract buyers so we could remove them. Once we were set to show the house, she had an open house for one weekend and the house was sold! Alene has a great sense of humor as well as a wealth of experience and knowledge about real estate. It was a pleasure to have her guide us through the sale of our house.
