Guided us through a challenging situation

The process of selling our was a difficult process. The buyers agent/office provided poor communication on there side of the process. The final sale got delayed several times even though we did everything on our end as needed. But after all of that the sale was made and we ended up getting top dollars for our home.

Glen is well aware of the area and how the market is going. Glen helped me pick a right price and we still go over asking. Extremely professional and mindful of time constraints with showings and paper work. Willing to go the extra mile for any of his clients and frankly anybody that needs help or advice lol.
