Chuck was excellent in all aspects and very knowledgeable about the local market and local requirements. Had a lot of work to do on the home to get ready for the sale and he really coordinated so much of it. Dialogue when discussing what was needed to be done and what was optional was a collaboration and he respected my opinions. I’m glad he was my agent.

Antonio Goodman made buying our first home feel possible, even when life felt impossible. He was patient, honest, and always quick to answer our questions — no pressure, ever. More than an agent, he was steady support through some really tough times: he listened, kept us grounded, and walked us through every step. He flagged things we would have missed and fought for us when it mattered. We ended up in a home we truly love, and we never felt alone in the process. I hesitated to write this review because it was hard to let go of having Antonio in my daily life. But I realize he will always be part of my family, and we will always be just a phone call away.

My realtor Sonja Wayns was fabulous!!!!! She took her time with me and went back with me to look at the same houses more than once until I was comfortable. The other thing that I appreciated was that she didn't waste my time with showing me houses in areas that she would not live herself. She was very professional and she made me feel as though I was her only client.
